This writ petition has been filed to for the records of the 5th respondent in connection with the Impugned Charge sheet cum Suspension Order in Na.Ka.No.01/2022 dated 27.04.2022 served on the petitioner on 06.05.2022 and quash the same and issue such further or other orders or direction deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. When the matter came up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions and the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
