2. In the considered view of this Court, even an FIR has not been registered in this case and the complaint has been closed at the stage of enquiry. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has to either file an application under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C before the concerned Magistrate Court or petitioner has to file a private complaint before the concerned Court under section 200 of Cr.P.C. When these remedies are available to the petitioner, there is no scope for this Court to go into the closure report in this petition. Except giving this clarity, no further order can be passed in this case.
