This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.2346 of 2015 by order dated 31.08.2015 by the learned Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Earlier, this petitioner was granted bail on 27.07.2015, with a condition to stay at Madurai and report before the Madurai Thallakulam Police Station daily at 10.30a.m. and 05.30p.m., until further orders. Subsequently, by order dated 31.08.2015 in Crl.MP.No.2346 of 2015, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu had further modified the condition to the effect, that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Villupuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30a.m. and 05.30p.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, this petitioner has been complying with the said condition and normal scene has been returned in that area.
5. Under such circumstances, the condition is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Maduranthakam on the first working day of every English calendar month, till the investigation is completed and final report is filed.
