This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 31.03.2016 dismissing the Crl.O.P.No.28733 of 2013 for default and non prosecution and restore the same on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The respondents have no serious objection in ordering this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed, the order dated 31.03.2016 is set aside and the Crl.O.P.No.28733 of 2013 is restored to file.
