ORDER

This Criminal Appeal has been file to set aside the Order dated 19.12.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.639 of 2022 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of SC and ST [POA] Act cases, Vellore and enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.491 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police by allowing the above Criminal Appeal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to not press this appeal and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. 02.06.2023 vrc To
