On the declaration of result, the petitioner sought recruitment under the wards quota and he claims to have inadvertently said ''No'' in the relevant column. The petitioner has been extended the benefit of interim orders, which have taken him through the physical endurance test as well as viva voce.
2.Learned Additional Advocate General fairly concedes that on verification, it has been found that the petitioner falls under the wards quota, though in the application he did not say so. The petitioner being entitled under the wards quota and having gone through the whole process, we are of the view that he is entitled to declaration of his result based on his merit position in that category.
