ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking for the relief of issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the 2nd respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A/2013/A3 dated 08.09.2014 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to give the proportionate service and monetary benefits to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.R.Bala Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to my notice that a revision petition is preferred by the petitioner under Section 153 of the Co.operative Societies Act before the 1st respondent against the order dated 8.9.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent imposing punishment of stoppage of increment for one year without cumulative effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the revision petition dated 10.3.2015 preferred by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
