The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

However, the respondents are directed to initiate and complete further action based on the impugned proceedings initiated, as there is violation by the petitioner and the action shall be completed within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, disciplinary action will be taken against the officials concerned. Respondents are expected to follow the guidelines stipulated in the orders dated 27.09.2017 made in W.P.Nos.25811 & 25812 of 2017 and W.P.No.25818 of 2017.
