Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing 1st and 2nd respondents to separately assess the Old Bill No.0395, New Bill No.09-123-09962-000 in Ward No.123, Zone No.09, for the property at No.82/74, Thiruvalluvar Salai, Vanniya Teynampet, Chennai600 018 between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and permit the petitioner to pay property tax for the eastern side of the property to an extent of 1050 sq.ft as claimed in the petition dated 02.04.2019 within a time bound period.

Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Ms.S.Bhuvana, learned counsel on record, after some arguments, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the rights and liberties of the petitioner to pursue O.P.D.No.18183 of 2003 said to be pending on the Original Side of this Court may be reserved. This request is acceded to and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the case file, which reads as follows:

'The petitioner may be permit to withdraw the writ petition and obliged.
