To quash the case in crime No.809 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.391 of 2023 dated 01.07.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
