The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.1438/2013 dated 04.02.2013, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner has been given appointment and she is also in receipt of the salary and the said submission, on instructions, is placed on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite very many communications, the petitioner is yet to receive any instructions. In the light of the said development, the contempt petition is closed.
