O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register an F.I.R., on the complaint dated 26.07.2015, vide CSR.No.439/2015 and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.439 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
