This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.08.2015, investigate the same and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint against her husband and on the said complaint, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.237 of 2015 before the second respondent. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.237 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
