ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner for appointment to any other suitable post which is not required to be filled up through the TNPSC, in the light of the orders dated 10.06.2009 passed by this Court in W.P. Nos.9710 and 10189 of 2009.

The Petitioner was selected for the post of Typist on 24.02.2013 temporarily and she was appointed as Typist in the Category 5 of Class IV TNJMS in the scale of pay of Rs.5,20020200+GP 2400 plus allowances and had joined duty in the year 2013 and she has been working on temporary basis since then. such circumstances, she had filed this writ petition for the relief stated supra.

3. The Counsel for the respondents submitted that the Official Memorandum dated 20.06.2019 in R.O.C.No.49496-G/JRCI/2019 and R.O.C.No.77636-A/2018/C3 has been issued by the High Court of Madras for recruitment of staff members for various posts except the posts falling under the purview of TNPSC, through Judicial Recruitment Cell. Since the High Court is going to recruit various posts through Centralised Recruitment, the representaion made by the petitioner, cannot be considered. The learned counsel has submitted a copy of the abovesaid Official Memorandum of the Registrar General, High Court, for perusal.

4. In view of the abovesaid memorandum, the direction as prayed for by the petitiioner, cannot be granted and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VI) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar bga Copy to
