O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.03.2012. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has approached this Court nearly after lapse of three and half years from the date of the complaint. Hence, he opposed to grant direction to the petitioner. 3.I heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents 3 to 5.

4. On perusal of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.03.2012, this court cannot consider the prayer sought for in the petition at this stage. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
