ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.68 of 2023 on the file of the 1 st respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.489 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurantagam.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
