O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in respect of "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in Crl.M.P.No.16511 of 2024, dated 26.03.2024 on the file of V Metropolitan Judicial Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's wife is a daily coolie worker, therefore, she is not able to deposit of Rs.10,000/- imposed by the trial Court against petitioner. Therefore, the learned Counsel seeks to modify the condition. 2\5

3.Heard both sides.

4. Taking into above facts and circumstances of the case, and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is modified the condition imposed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No. 16511 of 2024 by order dated 26.03.2024 is as follows:- "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand Only] to the credit of Crime No. 54 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and In all other respects in Crl.M.P.No.16511 of 2024, dated 26.03.2024 shall remain unaltered."
