The petitioner challenges the order dated 21.12.2015 issued by the first respondent, wherein the petitioner was placed under suspension, pending enquiry.

2. Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents has placed on record an order dated 29.09.2022, wherein the order of suspension had been revoked and the petitioner has been reinstated into service and posted in a non-sensitive post.

3. The submission of learned State Counsel as well as the order dated 29.09.2022 are taken on record.

4. In the light of the above, the relief sought for by the writ petitioner does not survive for consideration.
