This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 09.3.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had mortgaged his property on 24.03.2011 with one N.V.Sadhanantham and had received Rs.1,00,000/- and has given it as loan to one Kamaraj. Now, the said Kamaraj is not returning the amount. According to the petitioner, except a cheque for Rs.10,000/-, the other cheques given by Kamaraj to him got bounced.

4. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the Police to conduct enquiry. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
