This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.524 of 2019 for completing the trial in S.C.No.24 of 2015 by another 3 months. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.524 of 2019, this Court by an order dated 08.01.2019, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in S.C.No.24 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the Trial Court in a haste manner conducting the trail without giving opportunity to the defence to let in their evidence. The Trial Judge was also on leave for about 20 days during such period the trial could not take place. Hence prays for appropriate relief and sought for further extension of time for three months to complete the trial in S.C.No.24 of 2015.
