This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint and C.S.R.No.468/2015 dated 29.8.2015 on the file of second respondent Police.

2. Heard Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj, the learned counsel who appeared on behalf of Ms.P.R.Kavitha, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
