Respondents Prayer:- This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16th day of April 2021, submitted through the 2nd respondent and pass appropriate orders revoking the suspension order in G.O.[D] No.31, Agriculture [AA2] Department dated 27.01.2021 and permit the petitioner to join duty as per law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

1.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2021 seeking revocation of the suspension order dated 27.01.2021.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
