Crl.M.P.No. 6849 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6300 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6300/2024, dated 19.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the above submission, this Court is relaxed the condition is as follows:- "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for another 8 months." In all other aspects by order dated 19.03.2024 shall remain unaltered.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
