ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2022 for appointment to the post of Fisher Assistant in the 3rd respondent's Office.

2. By now more than a year has elapsed since the date of such representation seeking appointment to the post of Fisher Assistant. Today, when the matter reached, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further.

3. In the light of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
