This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as that 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., by order of this Court on 07.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.4543 of 2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
