O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 31.12.2014 against Thirtham, Sarath Kumar, Primila and Manju and also to return the said property which is grabbed by the said persons, and the 2nd respondent to investigate the same according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry is pending in CSR.No.180 of 2014 before the second respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
