This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.MP.No.17971 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13359 of dated 10.11.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice every month i.e. 1st and 15th working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
