O R D E R

This Court records the following submissions made by the learned counsel for the first respondent:

"The instant petition has been filed against the Award upholding the election conducted by the first respondent/Society. Subsequent to that Award, the new Office Bearers took charge of the first respondent/society and their term has also come to an end. Now, the new Office Bearers have also taken charge."

2.The submissions of the learned counsel for the first respondent is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Therefore nothing further survives for adjudication in the instant Original Petition. Accordingly, the petition shall stands disposed of. Consequently, connected application is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
