Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation sent by the first and second petitioners and initiate appropriate actions against the sixth respondent.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation sent by the petitioners and initiate appropriate actions against the sixth respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1, 2 and 5, made a submission that the complaint of the petitioners was considered and an action was taken immediately by the respondents 1, 2 and 5 and the sixth respondent also made an assurance that they will not cause any interference or inconvenience to the writ petitioners to attend Mosque Jamaath or perform the prayer or otherwise and the people of the village also accepted the said decision and consequently, the members of the sixth respondent-Mosque Jamaath also has given a letter on 23.07.2021 that they will not cause any hindrance to the peaceful performance of the prayer by the Mosque as well as they will provide space for the burial grounds for the family of the petitioners. Consequently, the petitioners also given a letter dated 23.07.2021, accepting the said settlement and made a request not to pursue the complaint given by them.

3. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the relief sought for in the present writ petition.
