Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing to consider the representation dated 19.11.2020 made by the petitioner in accordance with law including by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and further directing the respondents to look into issue to return a sum of Rs.2,30,000/- as per the communication of CMDA dated 02.11.2015. 2. The petitioners submitted an application to the second respondent for planning approval, they also remitted the necessary infrastructure and other amenity charges. Later, the project appears to have been dropped.

Therefore, the petitioners want the money back.

In this regard, a representation dated 19.11.2020 has been submitted.

3. The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the said representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
