O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 02.12.2024 and to conduct survey in the subject property and fix the boundary stones.

2. Heard Mr.E.Kannadasan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for first respondent.

3. The petitioner is relying upon the partition deed dated 05.04.2007. The petitioner submitted an online application on 02.12.2024 after paying necessary charges for conducting survey in the subject property. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 02.12.2024 and conduct survey in the subject property based on the title document. If there are any rival parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
