This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent/police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, an agreement seems to have been entered between the parties on 12.11.2012 and that the opposite parties have violated the terms of the agreement. Since the dispute is essentially civil in nature, no positive directions can be issued to police to investigate.

With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
