This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the look-out circular originated by him against the petitioner in C.No.142/DC MYP/Camp/Genl/2016 and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the records.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.5 of 2016 for offences u/s 498-A and 406 IPC and since the petitioner was abroad, the respondent police appeared to have issued look-out circular, challenging which the petitioner is before this Court. It is seen that this petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.13674 of 2016 on 01.07.2016.

4. Under such circumstances, taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case where look-out circular should continue. Hence, the respondent police is directed to immediately withdraw the look-out circular within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
