REVATHY VENKATESAN D/o.Late N.S.Venkatesan, Old No.76, New No.4, Mahalakshmi Nagar, 5th Cross St., Adambakkam, Chennai- 600 088 ..Petitioners Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that Letters of Administration with the Will annexed may be granted to them as the Legal Heirs / beneficiaries of the said deceased having effect throughout the State of Tamil Nadu.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks Letters of Administration with a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ copy of the Will annexed in respect of the Will dated

04.04.2002, said to have been executed by late N.S.Venkatesan who died on 18.01.2017.

2. The petitioners are the wife and children of the deceased. The 3rd petitioner has examined as PW1. He has produced the original Will which has been marked as Ex.P2. The death certificate of late N.S.Venkatesan has been marked as Ex.P3. The legal heirship certificate has been marked as Ex.P4. The petitioners 1,2 and 4 have given their consent affidavits, expressing their no objection for grant of Letters of Administration. The petitioners have also examined Mrs.Padmavathy as P.W.2. She is a attesting witness to the Will and she has deposed about the execution of the Will by the testator and its attestation by herself and one P.A.Raman.

3. In view of the said evidence, I find that the petitioners have proved the execution of the Will and are entitled to letters of administration with the copy of the Will annexed. Petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras.
