ORDER
(1)This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.11.2019 and to pass orders within the time limit prescribed by this Court. (2)The grievance of the petitioner is that S.No.18 has been classified as a land belonging to the Government and it is a pathway and it seems that a patta has been issued in favour of some third party who is attempting to put up a wall in the pathway. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondent to immediately enquire and if in case, any patta has been given to any third party, to cancel the same and to restore the property to its original position in the Revenue Records.
(3)Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate accepting notice on behalf of the respondent submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner had already been taken on file and the enquiry has been fixed on 08.09.2020. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can attend the enquiry with all the relevant documents and the same will be considered and orders will be passed in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(4)Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. (5)Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to proceed further with the enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the respondent feels that notice has to be issued to any third party who is interested over the property, such notice shall be issued before passing an order. (6)The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
