This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Fast Track Court, [Judicial Magisterial Level], Dharmapuri, to dispose of the case, in S.T.C.No.60 of 2019 on merits as soon as possible preferably within a period of 1/3

time.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Non-Bailable Warrant is pending against the respondent from April 2021 and the case is pending without any progress. Therefore, this petition. 3.When Non-Bailable Warrant is pending, this Court cannot fix any timeline for disposal of the case. However, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri, to take effective steps for execution of warrant against the respondent and dispose the case in S.T.C.No.60 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
