Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioenrs are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required by this Honble court passed in Crl.MP.No.3387 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.12384 of 2020 dated 18.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SHANMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3387 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.NO.12384 of 2020.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the order imposed by this Court has been complied with.

3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, this Court is inclined to relax the condition as prayed for.
