This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment dated 25.11.2024 passed in STC No.459 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 31 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
