This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2018.
2. According to the petitioner, he has purchased a car bearing Regn. No.TN-11 T-6751 from one Ganga in the year 2017. He has paid the entire amount and he has also given all the documents for transfer of vehicle. Subsequently, he has also cleared the hypothecation dues and also produced the No Objection Certificate from the financier. Thereafter, the original owner of the car Mr.Ganga was expired in an accident. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed an application for transfer of ownership to the respondent, but so far no order has been passed by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
application is pending with the respondent.
4. On considering the fact that the application is pending, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass suitable orders on merit, the petitioner is directed to appear for enquiry before the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and produce all the relevant records. Thereafter, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application for transfer of ownership and pass suitable orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
