PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to provide effective police protection to the petitioner company's personnel, vendors & contractors for installation of cell phone towers in respect of work site bearing property Survey No.148/11C and 148/2L in Vennandur Village, Plot No.45 in CC Nagar, Rasipuram Circle, Mallasamuthiram Sub-Division, Namakkal Registration District - 637 505 based on complaint dated 06.04.2023.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide effective police protection to the petitioner company's personnel, vendors & contractors for installation of cell phone towers in respect of work site bearing property Survey No.148/11C and 148/2L in Vennandur Village, Plot No.45 in CC Nagar, Rasipuram Circle, Mallasamuthiram Sub-Division, Namakkal Registration District - 637 505 based on complaint dated 06.04.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2023 is not received by the respondent. He further submitted that, if fresh complaint is given, appropriate action will be taken.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the petitioner to give fresh
complaint to the respondent. On such fresh complaint, respondent police is directed to take appropriate action in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of giving representation.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
