O R D E R

Heard Mr.R.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

2. This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai to dispose of M.C.O.P.No.5302 of 2019 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on account of death of the husband of the first petitioner in a fatal accident on 12.10.2017, she has moved M.C.O.P.No.5302 of 2019 claiming compensation under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act and Rule 3 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal against the owner and Insurance Company. It is submitted that pleadings are completed in this case, however, the matter is still pending on account of which the first petitioner/widow is facing lot of hardship.

4. Considering the circumstances, this civil revision petition is disposed of directing the learned Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai to dispose Page No.2/4

of M.C.O.P.No.5302 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
