This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 7.10.2024, within the time limit so fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that to correct his pay anomaly, he sent a representation to the respondents on 07.10.2024.
3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that on 06.06.2025, the Deputy Director of Horticulture has informed to the petitioner that they have already called for the records of one Mr.P.Karuppiah, and as and when the records are received, they would send a proposal to the Government. As such, it is amply clear that the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2024 is still pending and orders are yet to be passed.

4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that there was a confusion while submitting the proposal. However, he would submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
5. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
