The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide effective Police protection to the petitioner company's personnel, vendors & contractors for installation of cell phone towers in respect of work site bearing property Door No.57, Kabilar Street, Durga Nagar, VTC, Tambaram Post, Tambaram Sanitorium, Chennai - 600 047 based on complaint dated 04.04.2023 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that complaint dated 04.04.2023, is not received. If fresh complaint is given, appropriate orders would be passed.

3.In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint. On such receipt of fresh complaint, respondents are directed to consider the
