By consent, the Writ Petition has been taken up for final disposal.
2.The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that he along with Muthukrishnan, as a partner, were running a Hotel under the name and style of Hotel Aarrathy near New Bus Stand, Salem Town and due to interse dispute between the petitioner and his son, to influence the police officials, the hotel premise was locked by the 3rd respondent namely the Inspector of Police, Salem New Town Bus Stand Police Station and in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents 1 & 2 praying for appropriate direction, directing the 3rd respondent to remove the lock so as to enable the petitioner to continue his hotel business and since no order has been passed, came forward to file this Writ Petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned standing counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 & 3. 4.In the light of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in his representation or in this Writ Petition, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2016 in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate decision to the petitioner.
