..Petitioners Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that Letters of Administration may be granted to the petitioners as the elder sisters of the said deceased having effect limited to the State of Tamil Nadu. . This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners seek issuance of Letters of Administration without the Will in respect of the estate of the deceased Sri Latha.

2. The petitioners are the sisters of the deceased who died unmarried. The 1st petitioner has been examined as PW1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased Sri Latha as Ex.P1. The order made in O.P.No.185 of 1991 in and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ by which, the father of the deceased was appointed as her

guardian has been produced as Ex.P9. The death certificate of the father of the deceased has been filed as Ex.P3. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P4. Publication has been made, no objections have been received.

3. A perusal of Ex.P4 shows that the petitioners are the sisters of the deceased. In view of the above evidence, this Original petition is allowed granting Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of the deceased in favour of the petitioners. The petitioners shall execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras.
