O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 294 (b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.1860 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 13.05.2020, the petitioner with some others, abused and assaulted the defacto complainant and his friends with knife due to previous enmity.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and a false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Proseuctor submitted that the petitioner involved in Crime No.1860 of 2020 and he has also involved in one murder case and two attempt to murder cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, he submitted that the three victims are discharged from the hospital.

5. Taking into consideration, allegation and also the bad antecendents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
