The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to sign and give the necessary forms and other relevant papers to the petitioner to cancel the H.P. in the R.C. Book pertaining to the vehicle Registration No.TN-22/AV 7138 (MARUTI SWIFT) under Auto Loan Account Number:LACHE00010057810.

2. Mr.Guru Dhananjay, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
