2.Contesting respondents 2 to 4 have been served and Mr.R.Parthiban, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of respondents 2 to 4.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and after hearing the learned counsel appearing on both sides, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
