This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10898 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21558 of 2022 on 03.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are relaxed and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
