A.No.2175 of 2021 A.No.2175 of 2021 in O.P.No.255 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR,J This application has been filed to extend the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator Dr.SSP Darwesh, to decide upon the disputes that have arisen between the applicant and the respondent herein, under the Agreement No.CE/ICS/2017, dated 17/3/2017, by a further period of six months.

2. Considering the nature of the dispute between the parties and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application, a further period of six months is extended for completion of arbitral proceedings.

3. This application is ordered accordingly.
